Steer clear of buying a mattress from this company! My experience has been a total nightmare. The mattress started sagging, and there’s this huge bump in the middle. I sent them several emails with pictures, but all they suggested was to rotate it. They wouldn’t take any responsibility or offer a replacement or refund. Now, I’m dealing with terrible hip pain and have thrown away $1300. Can you believe it? The mattress is only 14 months old!

However, the mattress itself? Well, we’ll see how it goes. Right now, it’s pretty stiff—maybe a tad too stiff for my daughter. She’s planning to bounce on it to see if that makes a difference.
